Good space for five people and facilities

Windows didn’t have any blinds which made mornings very bright

Modern facilities, good value for money

Area was a bit questionable with some interesting characters around especially after dark. That said it was walking distance to the city centre. Cleaning could have been better with some of the bedrooms having dust and hair on the floors

la posizione non è forse il punto di forza. Fuori ci sono un paio di locali con musica alta e la notte si sente fino alle 2 di notte. Non adatto per chi ha il sonno leggero. È ottimo per fare 2-3 notti, proprio una toccata e fuga. Per periodi più lunghi secondo me no.

Very cool and funky design

There were two bathrooms which was handy and plenty of hot water. That is about it.

The photos in the listing are not representative of the property we stayed in, there must be multiple properties covered by those photos because the one we stayed in did not have the mezzanine we were expecting. The flat we stayed in was very tired with basic furniture. The flat is in a very rough part of town with a pub opposite which had live music, on street drinking and noise until the early hours that was impossible to sleep through. When we arrived there was an overwhelming smell of burnt plastic which did not ease for our whole stay. Due to the noise from the pub opposite, we couldn't open the windows at night. The two security gates at the entrance to the flat were left open and therefore seemed pretty pointless, which left us uneasy. The lock came off the bathroom door leaving one of our party locked inside. We called the host company who agreed to send someone out to undo the lock and release the trapped person. No one showed up. In the end we were forced to call the emergency services who came out and broke through the lock. Quite unbelievable lack of service from the host company.

Comfortable and lots of space for us. Handy location for station and Bristol walks to where we wanted to go

Wi-Fi was not good at all. Couldn’t connect on phones properly or use digital TV. This needs sorting, as it does not meet expectations according to advert. A disappointment. For 5 people staying it was a bit difficult sharing bathrooms when there are two en-suite. Would be ideal for 4 but not 5.
