Op loopafstand van het centrum. De slaapkamer had twee prima bedden. Accomodatie was schoon. Koffie en thee beschikbaar.

Twee eetkamerstoelen waren kapot bij aankomst. Dat hadden we niet gezien. Ben toen flink gevallen. Dag later wel twee andere stoelen geleverd. Het bed in de woonkamer (slaapbank) had een diepe doorgezakte kuil in het midden. Bijna niet mogelijk er normaal op te liggen. In de bestekla lagen twee lepels. Niet handig als je met vieren bent. Er waren afwasblokjes voor een afwasmachine maar deze niet gevonden. Geen reactie op de vraag waar deze te vinden was.

So this is a decent size apartment, comfortably 6 guys stayed here and the two bathrooms were a bonus! We regularly travel overseas but made the journey to visit a friend that lives close to Bristol. The flat we had was big enough with the bonus of two bathrooms - size wise it was perfect for what we needed! we also was advised by the owners that there was a cheaper car park close by - we booked using their link and it was only around £12 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning which was a big saving

I assume this place is used a lot for stags / hens, understandably the place is built as a money earner I felt, respectfully in this economy it fits the bill for what’s required but it needs a proper deep clean throughout. We have travelled a lot and the little things do matter - assigning two toilet rolls for example - just supply enough for the stay and more - charge the extra £5/£10 if you need to - guests shouldn’t feel like they are on rations! We ended up having to go buy a few supplies - The book which outlines rules for the house, strictly no parties etc excessive noise will lead to fines - it comes across pretty demanding but I understand Bristol is usually a stag/hen hot spot so I can only imagine what type of people that do book! For those like ourselves who travel to see friends etc just the little extras are nice, charge the extra £20 or whatever those things cost in the price it will make guests feel more welcome. We were then ask to wash everything, take out all rubbish, clean… again I understand not everyone will (we always do) just came across a little demanding… we paid a fair amount each to stay and this type of message came across a little sour. A £250 damage deposit is taken and held pre authorised… this took about 4/5 days to remove from my card, I messaged via the app to ask how long it would take to clear when we checked out but never got a response which again was a little strange On a side note - As a surveyor the building clearly has a damp problem - this was off putting in the stairwell when we arrived… first impression were a little worrying, I would investigate that sooner rather than later to avoid big repair bills (I assume you know as it’s unavoidable ) - no smell at all in the apartment though which was a relief! Signs of a leak in the living room however

Het was een fijne accommodatie die echt ontzettend geluidsdicht was. Dat waardeerde wij zeer. We hoorde geen andere appartementen en hoorde zelfs elkaar bijna niet.

De schoonmaak kon wel wat beter. Er waren best wat vieze plekken en in de badkamer en keuken hing een vies geurtje

The location was excellent, very short walk into the centre of Bristol.

It wasn't a problem, but it seemed a bit strange that the double bed was in one of the other bedrooms, and the room with the ensuite just had twin beds.

WiFi wasn’t the best at the property but other then that every was great
