"Great Location , but front door was broken and could not get in"

Location is Great.

Terrible management. It took me 2.5 hours to find my room because of the wrong address from the Management. The front door at lobby was broken and could not open. Both cleaning lady and I have been waiting for 45min and finally got into the hotel. And The door was broken again when i back to hotel in the evening. To be honest, It was a terrible experience.

The cleanliness of the Apartment was poor, the kitchen wasnt cleaned properly, the kitchen towel was dirty, the cooking top was very dirty.
