Constant noise. Alternative room is already occupied. Didn’t stay at all. Hotel promised to refund but no respond afterwards. Worst service ever. Booking is not helping either.

The fact I demanded a refund 24 hours before and I haven't even been contacted. And when phoning the owner of the flatit took 6 times

Amazing location and was really clean

Could have done with a fan as it was hot but that’s the only thing I could think of.

Not much.

The bed was of exceptionally poor quality, you could feel and hear the springs. No bedside table, no mirror to be able to dry hair / put make up on. Light switches nowhere near the bed. Outlook gloomy and it needed a jolly deep clean. Coffee pods, but no coffee maker

Tried to call the owner but no reply.

I booked 3 apartments and only received a code for one to then be told there wasn’t availability for us as they had re sold on our apartments! Avoid booking these at all costs! Every phone number we had for the property they ignored us and we had to arrange alternative accommodation and didn’t manage to sort this till after 9pm! Ruined our stay in Nottingham

Location, clean, modern, price

No hairdryer which stated online there was one, found difficult to buy in area.only 1 chair. 2 would have been ideal. I thought a small fold down table on wall for eating would have been good,and a mirror on wall above desk for drying hair etc. Only my opinion but would book again enjoyed stay.

It’s near to train station and was very peaceful
