Room was very comfortable and spacious Lovely views of pool and ocean Just a few steps and you're on the beautiful soft sand

Such an amazing private hotel with private beach front. The staff is out of this world and soooo kind! The managers? My goodness made sure we were entertained, fed and tended to us carefully. This is the best resort ever and I plan on coming back soon. The pool and rooms so clean with fresh linen daily’. The buffet is 15/10✨✨

programs at night, the pool and the pool bar were all exceptional staff was nice and friendly, they were responsive and handled all requests and excursion organization quickly dinners were really good, every night a different cuisine room was big and comfortable there was cleaning every day the ocean is next to the hotel, the beach is nice and clean the ice in the bar is made from bottled water, so it is easy to avoid the tap water new fresh water replacement every day in the room

breakfast was good, but could have been a little more variety the shower and sink was a little clogged, waterflow was a little slow in the bathroom. but fully usable on the trip to stonetown the guide was not the best, she just walked with us, but did not really talk about the history, but this is not really the hotel's fault

Amazing visit to the One Resort. Pool: The pool area is fantastic, offering a refreshing escape with a great vibe. Private Beach: The private beach is a highlight, providing a serene and exclusive experience. The area is really calm. Staff: The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful sea view. More focused at couples due to open shower. Beds: The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

Food: The buffet food is okay, but you can find better food elsewhere. It’s not bad. Driver: One of their drivers was driving too fast and using his phone constantly while driving, not so professional

The room was very clean and stylish, the staff at the restaurant have very good customer service. The spa was amazing. Olga made sure that My friend and I had the best massage. I would recommend for guests to try this Spa, they have excellent services

I think the hotel should look at training their front desk staff especially when they are communicating with customers over the phone.

I felt like the mattresses could have been a little softer.

Clean well presented rooms with great pool facilities. The staff were provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. A special thanks to Chef Juma and Chef Charles which were able to accommodate our special vegetarian food requirement with a smiling face, and nothing was too much trouble. The evening entertainment was enjoyable.

The shower water pressure was a bit on the low side. The beds were also stiff. More facilities entertainment during the day tailored towards kids would be appreciated.

I can’t thank you enough Killian , our guardian angel at the reception desk , but also Ewelina the friendly owner , Abdallah and Philip the efficient and cheerful front office managers , Emmanuel , Rahma, Mona , Nathalie , and all my dearest ones as well : Joan, Hosiana, Amina , Lulu , Juma, Mandela , Obama ,Souleimane. Pretty Olga ,Elizabeth , Glory at the SPA . Tito , Dullah , Othman at the pool , the caring and helpful team at the restaurant and bar : Baraka, Amour , Cassian , Coster , Revelian… I ´d name everyone, each of you …all of them have been awesome and made sure all of our wishes were fulfilled to the best possible levels ! You are truly the best place in Zanzibar 🐠☀️😎 if someone needs to relax and indulge themselves, we feel pampered all the way !!! Staff very friendly. Pool area was is lovely. And easy access to the beach.

Night time entertainment needs to improve. Also other facilities to pass the time such as a pool table or something is needed. Beds are very firm.
