"Lovely, cosy accommodation with everything you need."

This property was excellent. 10 out of ten across the board. Everything from the communication with Lucy, the layout of the accommodation and the quality of all furniture and fittings were first class.. we often stay away for weekends and this up there with the best especially given the price.

"What a lovely lodge in a pretty village. Couldn't ask for more. Lucy is a great host."

The Cartlodge is a well equipped little home from home. It is beautifully decorated, well equipped and spotlessly clean with a spacious lounge / kitchen, comfy bedroom and good shower room.

"A beautifully presented property in a rural village, ideal for a relaxing."

It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of nice touches on the inside. Do not be fooled by the picture of the exterior, inside is like an Aladdin’s cave.

Some may find the location a little too remote, but it was ideal for us to visit friends in a nearby village.

Beautifully furnished. Everything in great working order. Quiet. Clean. Clear info.

Could not find bowls and plates. Maybe they were there, but I couldn’t locate them.:))
