"amazing stay - great for being nearby to debenham vets and a wonderful peaceful stay"

we were taking our dog to debenham vets for surgery but wanted to be nearby - they allowed us to check in early - the property is amazing and worth so much more than we were charged - there were a couple of lovely coffee shops for breakfast nearby and everyone we spoke to in the village was lovely

there wasnt anything we didnt like just couldnt believe the cost it was worth so much more

"Perfect!"

Set in a beautiful village. When you walk in there is a beautiful smell with lovely decor, very much home from home. It was surprisingly spacious & bright…like walking into a Tardis and not a converted garage, lots of little added touches. Really lovely and would definitely recommend.

There was nothing not to like.

"Wonderful place to spend an overnight stay . Wish it could of been longer."

The accommodation was extremely comfortable and far and above our expectations. It’s has everything you would need and communication was excellent. The location was beautiful in the lovely village of Debenham. There is nothing to dislike about this accommodation.

"An excellent property"

An excellent property, clean and comfortable with good wifi and near local amenities. However I would point out that the kitchen area is small and has limited work surface with only a two-ring hob so if you wanted to cook meals you might well struggle. There is a cafe nearby and the local pub has reasonable food (£20ish for mains) which we made use of so we didn't have to cook.

The location was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very bright and spacious and the owners were very accommodating. Cartlodge was more than I hoped for and I would thoroughly recommend it.

"We loved our stay here"

A beautiful property that has been furnished to a high standard. Check in was easy with a pin access key and Lucy made sure that we were happy on the first evening which was appreciated. The Cartlodge was warm and comfortable over two days of frosty weather and it’s in a quiet area.

"Quiet, country retreat"

New, clean bathroom. Crisp sheets on the bed. Lovely living room area. Perfect kitchen for two. Delightful artwork and attention to detail.
