Such an excellent, comfortable, warm, well equipped and very clean place to stay. Everything you needed. Good quality furnishings. Bonus having milk, biscuits, tea and coffee provided. Lovely finishing touches. Great communication from host. Highly recommend staying here.

It is my 3rd stay and i like everything. Clean. Middle of debenham. Very nicely and tastefully decorated. Netflix and other channels are bonus specially when dark outside. Very good contact with Lucy. Always milk and biscuits as welcome gifts. Plus essentials like tea and coffee, dishwashing liquid. Fully recommend

"Overnight stay for a local Christmas party"

The ease of access to the accommodation and parking on site. It had everything we needed for a short break. Owner's little touches (milk and biscuits). Location was really quiet. Facilities were spotless. Good sized rooms. Thanks so much,

"Exceptional"

Centrally located in Debenham in a quiet location. The Cart Barn was very comfortable, very warm on a cold November evening and very clean. Tea, coffee and FRESH milk were supplied which we really appreciated. We only stayed for one night but if you were staying for longer the facilities would be more than adequate.

"A wonderful retreat 10/10"

Perfect size and space with everything you need. Lovely touches like tea, coffee and milk. Some shower bits too if you’ve forgotten your own. Warm and quiet which was perfect for the break I needed on a winter evening.

Cute little conversion. Attention to detail was excellent. Beautiful location with local amenities in walking distance. Lovely coffee shop seconds away. Will definitely be back as in laws are 10 mins away. Thank you.

The layout made it so cute and cosy we were so shocked when we first entered at how lovely it was, pictures didn’t do it justice. Out in the sticks so lovely and quiet. We’ll definitely be back!!
