Loads of character, great location. Very friendly staff - magnificent service & help with our accommodation problems for the following week; really went the extra mile to help us. Tasty breakfast (evening meals looked good too) Parking available when we arrived - street - approx £2 overnight

Possibly to stock some local bottled ales at the bar.

Lovely spot overlooking water and boats and close to all facilities, parking to the front. Staff are so helpful and friendly will definitely stay again

Toilet macerator made alot of nosie at night

The premises was just tired, brown water coming out of taps, Loo macerator struggled with a tissue never mind anything else. breakfast room no background music so every conversation could be heard. Breakfast menu was v limited , no cereal for instance . It just didn't live up to the reputation of the Royal London and Royal Thames yacht clubs

Location was great. History of building was interesting.

The shower room was tiny and in need of update. It did not have a wash hand basin- that was in the room so a little uncomfortable when using the toilet. I realise this is within the limitations of an old building- but think a tiny sink could have been added and the shelf over the sink in the room could be less tipsy and more usable. Tv was also tiny too- fine for a short stay but would have been less agreeable if staying for longer. Side light on both sides of the bed would be good.
