The staff where very friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. The location and sea views from the room were fantastic.

Perfect location for one night. Quiet and comfortable room with sea view. Polite staff on arrival.

The room was tiny and very cramped very noisey extractor fan, also noisy outside the window, dreadful view of machinery Tried ringing reception just answer phone tried to get a taxi no one there to help only one young waitress who did try help us. We had to walk with very heavy bags to Shepards Marina,one other note when we arrived young man lets us in showed us up two flights of stairs did not offer to help with our bags, my husband is 80 and did struggle, hotel lacking customer service.we come to Cowes at least twice a month usually for two three nights and have stayed in many places, and while we managed in the room for one night would not come again for longer
