Absolutely loved our stay here was upgraded to bedroom with fourposter bed..the owner was delightful very friendly and chatty breakfast was delicious would definitely stay here again.

We had fantastic customer service on every level. We were only there one night but made to be very welcome. The room was crisp clean and Valerie had thought of everything. Id go again in a moment

The only thing different is that I prefer a bath but didn't actually think to ask if there was one! The bed is king size so not a lot of space to move around in but otherwise lovely. Neither of us drinks caffeine so decaf & herbal tea would be good. But again Valerie was so accommodating for our nutritional/needs that these points are minor.

This delightful guest house is conveniently set in Pickering and close to the town centre. There is plenty of on site parking. The room was very comfortable and clean and had a lovely view of the back garden. Breakfast is plentiful and cooked to order (the locally produced sausages were delicious). Valerie is the perfect host. She made us tea on arrival, always checked to make sure we had everything we needed and always had time for a chat.

The beautiful old charm/character of this property. Lovely gardens especially from the breakfast room. Centrally located. Easy to walk to public transport.
