Character property well looked after. V comfortably furnished. Location on a v nice residential road close to centre. Stunning garden. V friendly and helpful staff, including the cleaners.

Nothing. But the second breakfast I had was disappointing. I arrived on time but no one came out to check. I have no issue with the 10 mins or so wait. My issue was with the tomatoes were dried out and inedible plus the fried bread was barely coloured and was soaked in oil. Not cooked in hot enough oil. It should have been binned not served up. The sun had melted the butter to a liquid yet the owner was reluctant to replace it saying it was easier to spread. It was liquid not just soft. It would not have spread at all. I felt the standard had dropped from the day before. Otherwise I was happy with the breakfasts.

What a gem. Val and staff were fantastic. The whole place is spotless. The breakfast is well organised and tasty Also perfectly poached eggs as requested were served. Cant recommend enough and will definitely be back. Great place and good position for walking into town with ample parking

Great location and easy to walk into the centre. The garden room was ideal for privacy yet very accessible. The breakfast was varied with plenty of choice.

The room was very clean and warm along with the bed being very comfy Breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal we had Valerie was an excellent host as nothing was too much trouble will most probably return All the staff were excellent friendly and polite at all times
