Acadia Ocean View Hotel

Didn't have breakfast by choice. The grounds, pool, quiet, great views and good music.

Little noise from the room above us (toddler) but it was great.

Room size was good, private balcony was a nice touch . For the most part it was a quiet area, other than the upstairs neighbor rolling something or moving furniture at all hours. So maybe try to get an upper floor room.

There was a lot of rust on the bathroom fixtures, which made placing a went towel anywhere a bit tricky. We placed the " do not disturb sign" and while we were out someone had still come in to tidy up the room.

Great location and friendly staff. Reasonable price. Will book again if visit the national park again.

Bed and sheets could have been more comfortable, and vending machines need updating—they only accept exact change, and the front desk couldn’t break a $5. With no where to purchase beverages in the area, I had to go with tap water from the bathroom sink. Ice machine was also coin operated for some reason.

The room seemed very clean

The sump pump was under our room and it was defective. It made a loud sound and vibrations every 5-10 min. We only managed to sleep for a few hours during the night. The hotel manager assured us we will receive 25% refund on our room price through booking.com

The hotel is right next to Acadia National Park. Very near the Bar Harbor twon center. We find many great restaurants in Bar Harbor. We had our great lobster meal there. Very relaxing place.

Nothing much. We wish the breakfast has more to offer.
