"All things considered it was a decent stay."

Quiet, nice view and outdoor space. Breakfast items complimentary including fresh fruit,coffee, cereals and muffins. Short ride to the park and downtown area. Staff pleasant on all shifts.

No bathroom exhaust fan, bathroom door sticking when closed, metal parts hanging from bathroom door. Hot water works but takes a very long time to reach the tap. AC/Heater very loud then gets louder when AC is on. Had to ask for toilet paper.

View from the balcony is beautiful. Near to Bar Harbor. Room is same as on the pictures.

Breakfasts are really disappointing for money paid. Checkin is at 3 pm, not like was stated at Booking 12 pm. And overall overpriced. Not the place you want to stay 2nd time.

Breakfast was OK. Staff could have been friendlier at check-in. Location was the main draw.

Staff not friendly, except for our 2nd night there and our check out experience - staff member (same person) was excellent.
