Great place to see the sun rise

Tiny shower. No soap in the shower. Kind of an odd musty smell in the room.

Loved the property. Beautiful view. Great Location. Although the description said no breakfast, they provided a great grab and go style breakfast.

Minor complaints: We heard the noise from the room next door. It was very noisy. I think because the rooms are elevated. It sounded like elephants stomping across the room later in the evening. Also, the bathroom had no ventilation and the rooms are elevated was very foggy for quite awhile.

Location and view were wonderful. Decor and accommodations were also very nice.

The self-serve muffins and yogurt for breakfast were a nice option. But the area it is served in accommodates only one or two people at a time since it is squeezed into a corner. Most people had no issue with it and enjoyed eating out on the deck overlooking the bay. The soap dispenser in the bathroom is badly located so that if you move just wrong your shoulder knocks it completely off the wall spilling soap into the tub. Several people complained as we did. The front desk agent was dismissive about it.

The location was wonderful with a great ocean view, but, for the amount charged for the room, the room bedding, furniture and overall aesthetic was just average.

Quaint property. Good location. Host very nice and helpful.

Lobby could be updated, but ok. Beds were not good. Very firm. Need to be upgraded, especially for the price you pay.

Nice quiet location with great views - just a ten-minute drive to Bar Harbor town. Plus there was a nice outdoor heated pool with ocean views.

There was no closet or any place to hang our clothes in our room.

It's a little bit out of town, so walking into town isn't possible, but we loved the rooms and the grounds. Sunset and Sunrise were both enjoyable and the staff was super friendly. Fun place to stay!
