Entire studio with private parking and balcony

Great location on a lovely tree-lined road just behind the seafront. Studio is compact but has everything you need and more. There is a private area to sit outside with a lovely view over the treetops. Hosts were welcoming and good communicators. No complaints overall, would stay again.

In a relatively quiet area of Westcliff it was peaceful yet within easy reach of the seafront and Southend by foot. The room was well appointed with almost everything you would expect in a self contained flat.

Possibly a bit too much in the studio, less is sometimes better. Unfortunately we were there during the hottest spell of the year (to that point) and the quilt was far too thick and fan was ineffective given the heat, maybe replace the dehumidifier and air purifier with a substantial fan in the summer months?

I usually never write reviews, but I had to share how much I loved this place! It was super cozy and felt so homely—I highly recommend it for weekend stays or short trips. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home. The room had a map with restaurant contacts and nearby shops, which was a lifesaver since we were new to the area. Oh, and there was an adorable little cat in the garden (belonging to a neighbor), which was honestly a bonus for me—instant mood booster! The balcony was perfect for sitting out and relaxing. Even though the studio is small, it has everything you need—from plates to a hot plate, so you can even cook up some eggs in the morning if you like. I’m already planning another weekend here! Also, it was so kind of the hosts to let us stay a few extra hours beyond the usual check-out time. That really left a lasting impression on us!

Everything! Helpful hosts, everything we could possibly need was there, really comfortable bed, and excellent location. Would stay again!

Excellent location, had cooking facilities. Great little balcony for catching some sun on good days.

Bed only suitable for 2 smaller people.
