Excellent pre-arrival communication - an acknowledgement immediately after booking then clear instructions on access the day before arrival. Great location with seafront and some decent restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Very secure private parking behind locked gates. Spacious bathroom. Large balcony/patio would be a delightful enhancement when it's warm enough outside. Efficient wi-fi. Good value.

Limited space with the rather soft bed taking up most of the room. No facility to control if heating was on or off ourselves (only radiator valve adjustment). The only running water is in the bathroom. The back of the clothes-hanging cupboard is an outside wall and condensation made our clothes very damp.

Great location and lovely property. Communication with host was excellent.

Very welcoming, easy to park, felt secluded even though it’s in a town (city) near the seafront. Jackie and Johnathon were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and were very happy to meet Rio our golden retriever. Recommended plenty of places to visit, or restaurants to go to. We know the area very well as lived here until 2 years ago.

Bed unfortunately a bit too soft for me but Jackie says she’s replacing it very soon. But it was definitely more comfortable than others I’ve slept on 😂
