Location near campus / union building is excellent. Breakfast top notch. Easy in and out. Parking excellent.

Jacuzzi only worked for a few seconds - probably blew a fuse. Heating / cooling mechanism was noisy.

Really cool former frat house, a TON of money was spent to renovate it into a B&B. Very clean and well appointed, nice common areas - good breakfast and right on the edge of campus.
