空调不够温和

It’s such a lovely Hotel in the most prestigious place in Kyoto. Walking distance to the most important places in old town and easy to get access to restaurants and shops. Onsen is great! Breakfast is a surprise.

We arrive at Hotel a little late than 17:00 and seems nobody has time to taking care of us. We sit there watching the staffs in and out without saying anything. Feels really bad. The third floor room is pretty good. However the basement room is not that comfortable. A little bit humidity. There’s a nice open air Onsen but hard to use since there are too many flies and insects for this season.

Um dos melhores sítios onde já fiquei hospedada! Tudo estava impecável, desde a limpeza ao cuidado com cada detalhe. Os funcionários foram sempre muito profissionais e simpáticos, e a decoração é lindíssima. O quarto com onsen privado tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Sem dúvida, um lugar onde voltaria a ficar!

Long, slow check in process

Hotel Yuraku was the perfect mix of tradition and modern comfort. We were very pleased with the walkable location of the hotel to Gion and delighted with our private onsen, comfy pyjamas and yukatas. Overall the hotel provides a traditional experience and charm.

We had both the traditional Japanese and Western breakfasts. Both were beautifully prepared and presented but we were disappointed that the Western breakfast was also more of a Japanese meal. Thank you to the chefs for their hard work which was evident in every dish.
