Uros Samaraña Uta Lodge

Si vous cherchez une expérience exceptionnelle, hors du temps, coupé du monde. César nous a accueilli et est venu nous récupérer au terminal de bus malgré l’heure tardive puis nous avons pris un bateau jusqu’au Lodge. Le lendemain nous avons pu partager avec lui des habitudes de vie de sa communauté en les rencontrant. Les repas sont très bons, simples mais excellents et équilibrés ! Petite attention en fin de séjour qui nous a touchée Merci pour cette expérience.

Nuestra estadia de una noche fue excelente. Nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y Cesar nos hizo conocer mas de sus costumbres y creencias. Las camas son muy comodas y las habitaciones estaban limpias. La vista es espectacular. Definitivamente lo recomendariamos y volveriamos a este lodge.

No nos agrado que solo una estufa a gas estuviera encendida, muy a pesar que habian dos en la habitacion. Esto hubiera ayudado mucho a combatir el frio por la noche. Recomendaria poner una luz al lado de la cama del patio.

We knew what we were coming too so nothing. However, limited electricity and water supply in shower a little erratic.

I can note rate this highly enough, the most amazing experience! After being in Cusco for three weeks this find was an absolute gem. So peaceful sitting on a day bed on the lake, it was incredible. Cesar is an incredible host, lively tour around the other islands, lovely food and so incredibly peaceful. An absolute highlight to my trip and I highly recommend.

The Uros Samarana Uta Lodge is simply extraordinary. Its location on the floating islands makes for a truly special stay—peaceful, authentic, and with breathtaking views of Lake Titicaca. Señor César and his staff are incredibly warm and attentive; you feel welcome right away. The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and lovingly designed, despite the unique construction on the water. The combination of traditional culture and modern comfort is particularly impressive. The food was also excellent—fresh, local, and very tasty. If you’re looking for a unique experience far away from mass tourism, this is the place for you. Highly recommended!
