The place is amazing, the staff was great, especially the front desk. Alexis was so helpful. The waiters were beyond the service. Eva and Martin always had a warm smile and were willing to help and serve us promptly. Thank you!

The only thing is I saw people driving on the beach very fast. From what I understood , they are not supposed to drive around the area because it is dangerous for anybody who sitting on the beach .

Location is good by the beach and AC.

Service was ok , no towel, there was some construction wood in front of the room. The food is over price. You get free breakfast it and die creamer and they charge me $2 for an ounce.

Location is good, right on the water, as for staff, Alexis was really good. Now let’s go with the rating; Facilities are really old and not up-kept. The rooms and specifically the bathrooms are horrible, they have not been updated in many years. The pool looks super dirty, there was no one enjoying it nor did I see a staff member making an effort to clean it. To top it off, breakfast was includes(we did not have any, just coffee), we each had a cup of coffee but the milk for the coffee was not included, they charged us $4. I have never seen this in any part of the world I’ve traveled to. Shout out to Alexis, he was pleasant and very helpful.

Bad service from the staff. They didn't took my booking. When I got there they already gave my reservation to another person.

Property is in great location. Jose was the highlight of the place. Gracias Jose por hacernos sentir en casa. We enjoyed our stay.
