Was a perfect location

The room was nasty smells so bad was mosquitos and roaches in the room AC not working at all in 4 of the rooms that we rented and the breakfast included only one thing. That not letting you know till you ready order diferent menu for charge extra

Nothing really, rooms are not so close to the ocean, a bit run down as well. It was ok, but i will never stay there again 🤔

They charge me double in my Credit card. 15 days have passed and i still dont have my money back. After múltiple contact with the staff they keep me in the same loop.

Property has beautiful decoration

Bar and view are so good but customer service can improve and there’s a opportunity for improvement on cleanliness and attention on details

I have requested some help never got it

Beach is excellent. Staff José was exceptional, kind and professional.

Rooms are too small for the price I paid.

the bed was big and comfortable, and the worker Edwin there was so helpful and did everything he could to resolve my situation there.

the owner/boss made no attempt to help, provided poor customer service, the place is away from the main are but more expensive than anywhere I’ve been in El Salvador, the wifi did not work and the food was very poor
