Everything clean and comfortable! The staff is super nice and helpful! View is great, facilities great! Breakfast and the sky bar are both great, delicious food. The staff at the sky bar is exceptional.

It was amazing so just nitpicking here, but two things. The windows could be a bit more clearer and the checkout could be handled better (process was quite slow, not enough seats and no refreshments for the long wait)

"Mixed stay at the ZHM"

We liked the comfy beds, pool area & gym. The breakfast was also great.

My husband did get food poisoning here. Whilst the staff were friendly and helpful we did find that they disturbed us in our room often…calling the room late at night and ringing the doorbell early in the morning

Property was nice and easy access

Told me that I could reschedule my trip and that it was organised with reception after a traumatic experience in the mentawai. On arrival after showing receipts of conversations with customer service they made me pay again. Really lame
