čudovit razgled s terase z bazenom na vrhu hotela, kvalitetne wellness storitve v 11. nadstropju, prijazno osebje na recepciji, stand-by taksi do letališča, atm v hotelu, pomirjujoč in sproščujoč vonj eteričnih olj v recepciji.

za evropskega popotnika, nepoznavalca azijske kuhinje, je bilo povsem nemogoče ugotoviti, kaj zajtrk obsega. Zajtrk je razkošen za azijske razmere, a če ne poznaš izrazov in nians te kulinarike, osebje ni znalo jezika, da bi pomagalo sicer redkim izgubljenim zahodnim popotnikom. Obstaja nek "zahodnjaški" kotiček, kjer naj bi pripravili solato, a se nismo razumeli, tako da je nisem dobila. V tem smislu je zajtrk priporočljiv le, če se spoznaš na indonezijsko kuhinjo,
