De locatie en de kwaliteit van de kamer.

Het bedienend personeel in het restaurant zit op de knieën als ze aan tafel komen. Ik voel me daar ongemakkelijk bij.

Hospitality was great, staff was very kind and helpful and invited us to join the Ramadan festivities. Room was big and comfortable, breakfast very diverse. Simply good atmosphere.

It was a lux hotel experience in the heart of Padang. Room service, clean rooms, good air con, beautiful roof top restaurant, and infinity pool overlooking the city.

All of us had to change rooms on the second night, moving all our luggage into another part of the building!

Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. Comfortable and big bed. Good shower. Good Indonesian breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location within walking distance, 10 to 15 minutes, from markets, restaurants and old colonial centre. We only stayed for one night but wouldn’t have minded staying longer.

Breakfast was extremely slow . On my last morning there , I saw one other guest having breakfast . I ordered toast and jam plus fresh fruit platter , it took around 30 minutes , barista coffee was very good . Sky lounge was very good , staff good . We ordered the tomahawk steak which was good but things went sour from there

I love my swimming pools . Yours was not usable for duration of my stay . I developed gardia as well as malaria . My friend and I became ill after eating the tomahawk steak dinner . We believe it was the side salad that made us sick . It was very soggy with dressing indicating it had been prepared many hours before steak was prepared
