Some distance away from the subway, and no elevator of the property There’s chance the rooms in underground but they have air-purifier Mind the Check in time, it’s kinda late and can’t store the baggage as the condition of this is a apartment property

The location was great

There is no proper bathroom - the shower is a hand held tap/spray over the toilet. Only tiny towels provided that are not adequate - luckily we travelled with a towel or thongs would have been quite hard. No spare bedding at all -just what was on the bed.

Mosquitos everywhere

It’s accessible to the station, cafe, food, convenient stores. If you’re into shopping and kpop things yes it’s good.

Too small, old, the bathroom is not really a proper bathroom.

Super well located

- Not very clean - a lot of insects - VERY BAD isolation, you can hear EVERYTHING - bed not comfortable - no elevator

The location of the property was fantastic, very near to heaps of eateries and hongik university station. The place also had a washing machine and a dehumidifier (but there’s a reason to the dehumidifier)

Whoever took their photos needs to be hired! They did an outstanding job making the accommodation look far better than it did. I understand a lot of the buildings in the area are slightly older and are not as well maintained but I doubt anything was as poorly maintained as this place. 1) the apartment we got was in the basement, so you can imagine how dark, little fresh air and damp it was 2) remember how I said they gave a dehumidifier? Well that’s cause like I said before, the whole apartment is so damp and it’s very clear with how much mould is around the property. To top things off, we were welcomed with 2 house centipedes, and what do these little critters love? Moisture and darkness! 3) the bed frame was on its last legs, looked like it was going to break anytime at any time. 4) the kettle was burnt to the core and definitely needed to be replaced 5) the bathroom was also plagued with mould and after every shower it would smell like drain water This accommodation really put a dampener should I say (haha) to my trip in Seoul. After doing 20,000 steps a day on average in a beautiful city like Seoul the last thing you want is to come back to this literal basement of mould and critters.
