"A bunch of theives ... receptionist and managers...travellers beware"

Location

I was charged 75 Euros when I booked for a 2 way transfer from airport for 38 Euros. In addition the receptionist told me that his managers asked her to collect 3000 TRY for 75 Euros. A bunch of theives as this amounts to 110Euros. Both the managers and the receptionist refused to give me their names and the manager even tried intimidating me. See picture

"Better places to stay"

Nothing really

It needs someone to go in and sort it out. No mirror in the room or bathroom at all,they had to give me a little stand mirror to use. No coat hangers in the wardrobe. The tea coffee cups paper..a no no.. The shower drain wouldn’t drain,it over flows.
