the manager , the price was 79 euros, we gave him 90 euro because we didn't have change then he disappeared when we wanted him to give us the 10 euro back

"The most dirtiest and devilish hotel with rude owner and thief guy receptionist"

The only good thing in that hotel is the heater and the internet only,like I mean only.

The owner is so so rude I paid through booking.com an when I arrived there was one gentleman by the reception who forced me to pay again because the money had not yet reflected on the account i tried to explain but he could not listen he was so rude like his boss, so it means I paid twice when I complained they did not take it well,I was so broke because I didn't have enough money as I paid them twice an he later said he was canceling the other money I paid but till now I have not received my money. The rooms are so dirty they don't clean everyday I spent 3 days there but the room was never cleaned even once, there are black tiny insects in their blankets and mattress they bite so much, l lacked water in the room as they said they would order some water till the last day I went and on the day I left the owner was shouting at me and pushed like literally pushed me out of the hotel only because I demanded my other money since I paid cash, breakfast so annoying 5 chips like 12345 cold chips plus black tea no milk, an olives heish too bad honestly I can not recommend anyone to go to that hotel even if it can be for free I can't.

Non...😞very cold breakfast bad.

The manager was very aggressive and showting to me and customer,he took double payment Frome my credit card,and he refused to get me back my 22,70 eur...poor service.

This place is a bit scary. I booked a room for USD37 for two nights but when I arrived there, they increased the price USD40 for two nights. I stayed there for six nights and they charged me USD120, which means USD9 additional they had changed me. Furthermore, the Hotel Manager borrowed USD200 from me and he promised to return it in one day but he didn't return it to me in one day. I kept asking to return my money for more than 24 hours after the several attempts, he returned my money Turkish Lira not by USD. then I went to a money exchange and converted to USD again. any how he has returned me USD165 worth of Turkish Lira only, balance USD35 they deducted USD20 for my one-day room charges and other USD 15 they didn’t return. This very very bad experience, I was very afraid of staying there because many staffs of that Hotel like thugs. Hence, I was afraid to ask my money back as well. For two nights I couldn’t sleep well due to the scariness. Please take an action in this regard As soon as possible. This experience is very unpleasant and unacceptable.

The only good thing about this hotel is the price. I was not impressed by the room. The food was unreasonably overpriced. I paid cash when I arrived and was charged a second time on my card. When I politely asked them to address the issue they ignored me. Unless you really are stretched for cash I cannot recommended this hotel.

WARNING! Possible fraud! The hotel that was fully paid for in advance refused to acknowledge the payment and demanded a second payment upon arrival. The guest who had the reservation arrived at the hotel, but the reception staff claimed that no payment had been received. A screenshot of the payment confirmation was shown to the staff, but they responded that Booking.com means nothing to them and without additional payment, there would be no check-in. This situation appeared to be a deliberate attempt to take advantage of a vulnerable traveler: after a long flight, with luggage, in a foreign country, and without knowing the language, the person had no choice but to pay for the hotel a second time. A refund request was submitted, but no money has been returned yet. 📌 We urge Booking.com support to urgently investigate this issue and protect customers from such incidents! 📌 We warn other travelers to be extremely cautious when booking this hotel!
