The staff was nice, the rooms were comfortable, we stayed just one night because we had stopover, it’s near the airport

"To rest one night during a layover is normal. Internet in the room did not work at all."

Internet in the room did not work at all. I was offered an excursion to Istanbul and plus payment for a transfer 300 dollars total. But more than 640 dollars were withdrawn from my card. And they still have not returned my money.

Terrible Experience – Forced to Pay Twice, Abused, and Threatened

We had a confirmed and prepaid booking through Booking.com for 2 rooms with breakfast on 21 May 2025 (Booking Ref: 4423992209). The hotel refused to acknowledge our reservation, even after showing them the confirmation email and proof of online payment (€52.80) 2 weeks before the check-in dates Instead, we were forced to pay $100 in cash late at night , The staff very rudely told us to pay cash or leave the hotel doesn't matter you have booked online , They told us the online payment would be refunded, which has not happened. They also refused to return $22 in change, saying they had no cash and wrote a note promising a refund next morning when check out—which was also not done. When I questioned why we had to pay again, they said, “You paid Booking.com, not me,” and became aggressive, abusive, and even pushed and threatened us. This behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere. The staff was unprofessional, dishonest, and threatening, and this place should not be listed on reputable platforms like Booking.com. I have proof of online payment, cash receipts, and video evidence of the incident and have raised a formal complaint with Booking.com. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Not worth the risk, especially if you’re arriving late or traveling with family. Hoping for a full refund and accountability from both the hotel and Booking.com. — Ashish Desai and Bharat Dhanani

I was charged twice more via booking. I was staying only one, but I was charged as for two visitors. The workers of the hotel promised to refund money, but they didn't refund. Cheaters
