Acar Airport Hotel Plus

The shower was broken and the carpet in the room had dirty stains.

This hotel "Acar Airport Hotel Plus"  has been my worst experince ever. Nobody communicated with me when I needed or when I asked for something. Just be aware they are going to offer you overpriced taxi from Airport to this hotel for 25,00 € (well by Uber you can do it for around 7,00 €). But that would be all ok if they didn't charge me twice for one night even in booking.com was written (option which I chose) you can pay directly after at your accommodation. Anyway they charged me twice for one room!!!! first time on September the 23rd and second time on October the 8th the same amount of money. They didn't refund me my money till today!!!  Trying to sort it out with booking.com. If you don't want to loose your money just please don't book this hotel.

the staff was very nice!!! close to the airport. near by restaurants.

unfortunately my room didn't had a curtain that blocked the light out, it seems like there was one before since I found the curtain in the closet. When I called to ask about it the staff couldn't help me, thank god I was exhausted and I managed to sleep regardless the streetlights. The transportation offered by the hotel is overpriced, is better to take an Uber. The food offered by the hotel is extremely overpriced, the staff offered me to "room service" a kebab for 25 usd, and i paid 4 USD in the restaurant on the next block.

Poor place to stay and scammer hotel owner. He is just there to loot. Pls read other reviews folks, they are all true. Don’t ever go there it would make your trip memorable for a wrong reason.
