Clean, well organised, good facilities. Excellent explanation beforehand of collecting keys etc. staff friendly and helpful when met in morning.

Found the television set-up a bit complex, but that’s a minor consideration.

There was a lovely selection of pastries and cereal, yoghurt etc, very clean and use of tea and coffee anytime throughout our stay.
