Really nice approachable and accommodating and the bed was so comfy I slept a full 12 hours! Worth noting different check in and out times to most places meaning getting in earlier and having that lie in before leaving! Will be coming back 😁

This is a great facility, i use it quite a bit, the guys who run it are spot on, for the money, you can't beat it.

Bed was comfy and enjoyed the fact that no-one else was staying so we had the whole place to ourselves.

Only 2 toilets for all 4 rooms and 1 of them the lock was broken, also toilet was the other side of the building to our room, so pleased there was no one else staying when we needed to use them during the night. Door in kitchen stated it was an Emergency Fire Exit however it was locked and went onto a building site, as there was a key in the door, which we also thought was not safe as kids may open it and go in. Breakfast was ok but could run the risk of people eating it in the evening and there not then being enough for breakfast when all rooms are in use. Wasn't aware that we were located at the end of the road amongst the industrial estate with limited street lights, which felt a little un safe when walking back to late at night. Took us ages to manually set it up the TV, as this had not already been done. As we were the only ones staying for our 1 night we had an ok experience but wouldn't want to stay when others are, as you wouldn't get much privacy walking to the loo at night in your dressing gown etc.

The beds and bedding needs renewal - it’s a bit old. The room needed a re-dec The communal areas are really good - better than the rooms.. Get them right and this becomes a 8 or 9 stay.

Scott was great and went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. 👍
