Quiet, you cross the street and you on the beach, clean and safe space to park your car.

At first it was strange feeling due to commercia/industrial l appearance of the area. But that was no problem at all , that was the factor if peaceful time.

Can't complain at all loved the stay the staff the room will definitely stay again

We Arrived to a very clean, spacious family room which smelt of fresh laundry. The shared bathroom was just through the corridor and was always clean and available when we wanted to use it. The Hive was quiet during the night which was great as we had our two young boys and offered a selection of cereals, toasts, pastries, yogurts, fruits, teas and coffees for breakfast which was great. Scott was very polite and friendly and asked if we needed anything to let him know. We enjoyed the walk along the beach to and from The Hive. We took our dog which we loved as not many places allow dogs. It was everything we needed for our stay and would definitely book again. Thank you for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Clean but obviously just refurbished

Area. Views . Not disabled friendly as stated.shared bathrooms. States continental breakfast .sea view. Yet its not got a sea view . Not much choice of breakfast items no fruit etc The hive over looks a gypsy / homeless site where the sea view should be. And there's an industrial site across the rd as you open the front door. Generators from caravans going constantly as well as dogs barking and shouting from owner. Says room are sound proof but you can hear noise still. Shared bathroom one bathroom water flows out of bathroom down corridor causing a potential risk of an accident. Never saw host did not make himself known.which is fine. No disabled ramp for disabled access
