"Comfortable and relaxed"

Location was close to town centre and other tourist attractions. It's near Nelson monument which was a nice surprise

Very good continental breakfast. Property in good, quiet area. Would recommend to others.

No en suite, but owner told us they were making some available. However, bathrooms were excellent and roomy, and well lit at night.

We had a lovely stay with our Westie (Archie) . It was so relaxing and the breakfast arrangement was so lovely and well presented .Scott was so welcoming and friendly

Nothing about the property to dislike but next time would book one of the new on suite rooms.

"Pleasant stay and fair description"

Friendly staff free parking quiet at night near a nice peaceful beach sea view and we even saw a seal ! Very good buffet breakfast and shar ed area for kitchen relax etc

Limited close by amenities but only 15 minutes walk to pleasure beach so ok overall especially as nice beach extremely close and taxi firm nearby

The room was absolutely lovely and spacious for 2 adults a child and a large dog, the shower... amazziiinnggg I never wanted to leave also so spacious, it was nice to go out all day and be able to chill out in our room during the night , the breakfast was lovely fresh cheese and meat and other products every morning, coffee when ever we wanted it was a gold star for us as we drink alot of coffee, the beach was across the road for us so thay was ideal for us to walk our dog , we would definitely come back, it's a ten minute walk from a train or bus to get to the top to joyland, which was ideal for a child, or a 10 minute walk to the entrance to pleasure beach , also you fancy a english breakfast they is cafe 63 which is also a 10 minute walk, all amd all we enjoyed our stay. And would recommend

The only thing was, sometimes mopeds driving down and wanna-be boy racers going down the road. Since we are on a main rain but it doesn't effect the accommodation itself, it didn't ruin our hoilday, and it wasn't The Hives fault as they can't exactly tell people stop driving around there property, so it didn't effect the hoilday other than just a neusince
