"Really pleasant stay would absolutely stay here again"

Location was great 10 min walk to the pleasure beach 20 min walk to the first pier plenty of parking

Family room was a great size, clean and comfortable toilets and showers are separate however super clean. Breakfast provided (not full English but lots of options) and all day access to the kitchen teas and coffees so you can bring your own stuff to cook!

"Clean and quiet location."

The property was fully accessible for our wheelchair user family member. Clean and spacious with amazing sunrise and sunset views.

Continental Breakfast is very good. WiFi is very good Rooms are very good

Location is poor as it’s at least 40mins away from the main pier when walking!! The walk-in shower room doesn’t supply hot water. Only the disabled shower was working.

Overall very pleased. The room was exceptionally clean. Shower gel and fresh towels provided.The communal area was lovely. Enjoyed the tea and coffee facilities. The hotel was a little further than expected from the pier but that was my fault for not checking. I am a wheel chair user and while our on suit shower wasn’t accessible the toilet was so great for in the night. The hotel offered a fantastic wet room and my wheel chair managed the small 2 inch lip to get in to the communal area no problem. Where to find the keys and how to use the key safe was clearly communicated.

Our room was advertised as sea view but was a little disappointed when we couldn’t actually see the sea! This didn’t change our experience though.
