Queenie's Lakeview Star

Very spacious house, big open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Beautifully clean. Great location as well - you could walk to the bars and restaurants. The host was very accommodating. My car broke down as I was checking out and so I had to wait for roadside assistance to arrive. It was freezing outside so they very kindly let me stay in the house after checkout time until help arrived.

Good facilities

The house was warm with all the equipment we needed. Great big windows to watch the stars and look at the scenery.

Property was clean and well located

Missing a few basics like tissues, bin liners and only 4 small milk for 3 nights stay for 2 people. The layout was awkward and the living room uncomfortable. Didn’t feel it was worth the money.

Location. Has a full kitchen & a washing machine.

Some items in the kitchen need replacement, like the frying pan and coffee plunger. But we still enjoyed the place nevertheless.

Comfy bed.

We thought we would have proper lake views, given the name, but we only had lake glimpses. However, the paddock opposite across the road was pleasant to look at, with cows, sheep llamas, and rabbits.
