Thank you for lovely house!

Beautiful location, couldn’t have had a better view. Floor to ceiling windows also so lovely.

Whoever checked us in was not very welcoming. We didn’t get a hello before having an eftpos machine waved in my face. My credit card had a little issue for a couple of minutes - and I received no response when I was profusely apologising. I was also told that I was using an Amex card when I was in fact using a Mastercard, and was told they don’t take Amex despite me not even owning an American Express card. The only interaction I had face to face involved no words except to do with payment. It was all very transactional and didn’t feel authentic.

Everything; amenities, comfort, location

The only thing I didn’t like is that I wish I could stay there forever.

The location was superb, the neighbourhood was quiet. The accommodation was comfortable, it’s like a home away from home. The night sky full of stars was amazing.

Lack of a dryer.

The location has some distance to the lake, the lake could be seen in front of the house It's pretty clean and with a lot of cooking stuffs, we even make a hotpot here.

No air conditioner in the bed room, but there's a small heater if you like to use Clogged sink drain， the water goes down pretty slowly

Cleanliness

Not much of a Lakeview.

The location was excellent, and the house has all the amenities needed for a family.

Plates provided were in poor condition and need to be replaced
