Lovely clean modern property , great location and lovely views

The property is well equipped and cozy. James is very friendly and very helpful. We only stayed for one night, but we were happy and would stay again. The property is a very short drive to any where in the town.

Picturesque location. Very comfortable. Hosts had the heating on for when we arrived as it was 2c outside. We woke up the next morning to snow!

The location was great. It was very basic. The walls were very scuffed up, and the table in front of the couch (fabric) was dirty. For one night, it worked out great.

The place was basic but tidy and worked for 4 of us. Could walk to the shops in 10 minutes which was handy too. Beyond a tiny glimpse of the lake when sitting on the deck, it's not very much of a "Lake view" but the neighborhood was so extremely peaceful and it was a relaxing time.

Location and view were excellent.

Hot and uncomfortable, very worn (not modern like others posted), including dirty walls and furniture. There was no ac split in the bedroom, and it was super hot. Also, there are no fly screens, so we couldn't open the windows to get some fresh air in. Bathroom vanity was tiny, no pod coffee machine, tv from the 70's, and very basic. For the price we paid, we expected so much more. Also, it had a very dirty front porch, which was a sign of things to come. Very weird fireplace decorations. I am assuming it is not to be used, so why not put a sign up. So strange.

We supplied our own breakfast. Location a short walk to town.

Could have had a cleaner shower and flooring in lounge. One of the living area blinds would not go down so wasn't completely private.

This was a lovely little home for our one night in Lake Tekapo. The employee overseeing the property went above and beyond decorating the bed for our honeymoon and jumping into action when the washing machine broke, with our clothes still inside. The property is in a great location with a beautiful view and was very clean and spacious.

Only little issue was with the washing machine -- they are getting it replaced but be careful before you run a load as it locked and refused to open until two people came over to help us unlock it!

Good location just a few minutes drive to Lake. House was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. Check in was easy as was parking. Would highly recommend.

Expensive, but sleeps 4 and we only had 2 people. Got a slight discount for this but probably still paid more because of this.
