Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment is very nice and cosy, you immediately do not want to leave. Communication was very nice and helpful. Parking inside ZTL was included.

Quiet and easy to find. Nice respite from hotel rooms. Nice and bright. Lovely location in Modena. Staff allowed us to drop our bags well before check-in.

Only stayed one night so not able to use the washer without a dryer. The only plug the furnished hairdryer fit was in the kitchen.

Host was very reactive in sorting out our parking. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Conveniently located to everything. 30mins drive to most supercar museums , Ferrari, Pagani and Lamborghini… Great apartment with lots of character.

Beautiful apartment, fully equiped kitchen, very clean. Modern and very well located.

Check-in is too complicated if you are traveling (last minute booking). We didn't know on which floor to look for the apartment. We couldn't use the free parking lot because a coupon has to be printed out. The landlord did not help us with this. Wifi never worked, Fastweb 67X2Y2 (on the brochure in the apartment) was not displayed on all our 3 devices). The landlord did not help us with this neither! He just wrote that it must work as the key lock works! There was no heating. It was very cold. The air conditioning did not work (for heating). Bad/much to sofort mattress in 2nd bedroom. Very bad feeling with the response time of the host. It is a nice apartment but poorly managed. We paid too much as wifi, parking and heating was not provided!

The online key system was a bit difficult. Our signal spontaneously cut out and then we could not get into the apartment at night.

Great apartment, great location and great price. Very pleasant and highly recommendable.

Check in system was a disaster, last minute and unexpected which left everyone in the group pretty annoyed as it could/ should easily have been avoided by emailing us a warning or entry instructions possibly the day before. This is standard practice in every other establishment I’ve ever used; not a few mins just before arrival. But, to be honest, once you use it a couple of times the keyless access system is actually very good. If you usually pack big cases beware of the steep climb without an elevator or if traveling in the hot summer months. A few items like glasses, cups, etc were regrettably missing but apart from this the apartment is very good and I’d def return.
