"Nice but could be better"

The property was clean. But the walk till the 4th floor was too much. The host could have kept some amenities for the price they were charging

For the price charged, the host could have kept some nice amenities. There was no shampoo, conditioner also in the bathroom. Amenities is the most basic hospitality that owners can provide. We got it in some properties and it was such a beautiful gesture.

Loved the location and how central it was to the heat of the city!

Unfortunately the 4 floor stair climb in the heart of summer was a bit rough but totally understandable and not a reason to not book a stay here.

Wonderfully renovated, warm & welcoming. Spotless apartment for a Modena stay, perfectly located for a quick walk to everything. Tons of storage & a very quiet building, a rare treat.

Watched the angled ceiling but otherwise all is good!

"A gastronomic adventure!"

Modena is a beautiful town with a lot of history everywhere you look. It is a rather "quiet" town but definitely worth the visit. We had a wonderful dinner at Osteria Romana and of course, plenty of opportunity to go around visiting the producers of Balsamic vinegar and Parmeggiano Reggiano Cheese!

Compared to other cities in Italy, Modena is a rather "quiet" town. Beautiful to visit but not a bustling day or nightlife. You go to Modena to slow down and journey out of town to go visit the many producers of local products like Balsamic Vinegar and Reggiano Cheese!

The property was very clean and modern with fantastic facilities and lovely decor. Such a gem in the old Centro area of Modeno

The only thing to mention is there is no lift and the property is on the top floor (unless we missed it!?!?). Great place
