there's no elevator. hard to find parking slot and get to the property by car

Apartment was lovely, amenities were as listed, host was easy to contact and work with. Really appreciated that there were screens on the windows and -- the biggest treat -- opening those windows to hear opera being practiced next door. Very special.

If you are taller than 5'7" this may not be the place for you (or just be aware). There are low beams and slanted rooflines in the property that just may give bumped heads (like in our case). Also, the owner may want to deal with a window covering on the high transom window in the bathroom...there is absolute opportunity for neighboring properties to see into the bathroom and there is nothing you can do about it.

+ great location (nearby old town, all restaurants and old market hall, Enzo Ferrari museum 10mins walk) + clean and tidy apartment, stylish and comfortable, kids (1 and 5 years old) loved it! + smooth check-in (doors are opening through web-app) - watch-out : internet connection needed + efficient communication with owner - watch-out : arriving by car, you need special permission to enter old town, no problem for owner to arrange (thank you once again!)

- apartment in 4th floor without elevator, travelling with kids so lot of suitcases :) - when kids made little noise, we received polite warning from downstairs, don't jump too much in here :)

This property is central - and within easy reach of the restaurants and sights .

Check in is very challenging and took a great deal of time - be aware you have to download an app and register - it took ages had my son not been with me I fear I would have given up … once you have mastered the system it works well - oh travel light it a few stories up - but worth it

This apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building & there is no lift or elevator. We have to carry all the luggage ourselves till the fourth floor. There's no light by the staircase. He had not mentioned also there is no elevator. He doesn't like being asked doubt or queries. Stubborn & adamant type. Property is located approximately 1500 meters from the modena station & you need to hire a taxi.
