Too bad that many of us pay for apartments that don't look at all like the apartment in the pictures. Booking.com should stop supporting this mafia of ghost apartments. Too bad that you support owners who make fun of their customers. I don't recommend that.

Location was not nice and the sofa bed wasn’t a sofa bed it was just a settee with a blanket. No cups to have a coffee in & bathroom was tiny.

The only good thing about it was it was close to the wedding we attended

Firstly, the communication from management was shocking. It states you can request early check in which I did weeks ago, and even messaged. Was told someone would let us know. Zero communication. Called the office morning of to see if we could check in as requested. Was told no it's not possible, I asked to speak to management. The girl who was on her 2nd day (who was great and none of this was her fault) called me back and said management said we can take your bags in the office beside and put them in. I declined, so management have refused to speak to me and refused a refund making the CSA tell me instead of them when I specifically requested them. Highly unprofessional. Leaving me no option but to leave in the middle of the wedding to check in. Upon arriving, the apartment was noticeably still dirty. Bed sheets were dirty with stains on them, place smelt awful which smelt like grease from a chip pan. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the shower didn't drain fast enough meaning it was leaking out in to the floor becoming a safety hazard. Not up to standards at all. Coffee table was all scratched up and the flooring looked old/botched job. Absolutely not worth the money and a total rip off.

Dirty bathroom/shower mould on the floor. No working WiFi and when you contact the host you get ignored

On arrival we had rang several times and messaged. The host never answered there was a message later on on booking.con stating where the keys was and where to park this was way after check in time so we had already paid for parking and also the property was actually number 20a not 29 which ment the property was round the back and was was knocking on number 20 trying there key lock at 3 which was not working!! We had a meal booked and need to get ready which we had to rearrange due to not been able to get in, Also the place stunk of smoke and musk the shower door didn’t close and water was freezing cold.
