GBGBGBSomeone had previously been sick in the bed. I had gone through to the mattress so the stench was revolting couldn’t sleep in the bed.
GBSecond time, could not get a better location, and bed more comfortable now there was a quilt under she sheet
Loved it, just issue that some of the plugs in the bedroom didn’t work, but was not an issue as there are so many there
GBWe could not get in the property no clear instructions and the number left no on answered back …. Address was number 20 that’s where we where and PIN code was wrong
GBWell for a start I was given the wrong number of door, also wrong key box number.
Well the keypad number we was given in the first email It was different. I made a phone call to complain about the place, but when I received a message from the phone number I called it was totally different from the first email I had received, so this men’t we went into someone else’s property.
GBBooking was made at short notice but was accepted by booking.com and therefore I assume by the host. On the day of check-in, contact was made with the host by message and phone call multiple times over a 2 hour period to access the property with no reply. We continued calling with no success and ended up having to make a new reservation at a hotel. The host has made zero contact since the booking date despite clearly knowing that we could not access the property and having the messages, voicemail and missed phone calls as evidence that we were trying to get in touch. The reviews sounded great, when you can actually get in to the property. Should have taken more caution over the low number of reviews. Why spoil a good start like this?
GBThe closeness to the centre of town is all this booking had going for it. However, it was very confusing for which apartment I was getting allocated.
I needed to book in at 3pm sharp as I had a wedding to get to. I tried to make contact with the booking on several occasions and was totally ignored. I ended up not being able to get into the property until 5:30 and the customer service was absolutely dreadful and totally ruined the day. I have made an official complaint about this booking as it was such an awful experience and extremely stressful and to add to it, there were no electrics at all! It was diabolical! I would want to warn anyone away from booking with them!
