I had to wait for over an hour to get a code to the box holding the key. At first I thought I had been scammed as no one was picking up the phone. Then I met someone who was cleaning the place and said the previous renters took the key with them so they were late. After that I had to wait for an email from them with a passcode and the actual room was at the back of the property ... 20A not 20. Better communication would have made me happier.
GBContact with the owner was great on the check in day. Clear instructions for access etc. Apartment is in a secluded location, which is great and, despite being in the centre of Warrington, there was no noise inside. Will 100% be a regular visitor when on my travels!
WiFi didn't work but TV was fine and good 4g signal
GBDouble booked us! Had to wait around for hours until he out the key on the key code box!
Moved us to a different appartment which was nothing like what we booked, the bedroom was in the basement which had no emergency exit or even a window!

The accommodation had no cooking equipment- pots/pans and baking trays etc. Plates etc had food on them. The inside of the cupboards were dirty and disgusting. The bed sheets were not clean and had stains on them. There was mould on the bathroom tiles and windows. Internet would not work. Sockets hanging off the wall. Damaged and dirty table. Floor boards broken and coming up. Owner replied about the missing cooking equipment but has ignored every other email or refund request from me. We were unable to stay here as it was now safe and was unhygienic. I emailed him to advise of the state of the property and he done nothing to try and rectify it. He has ignored every email sent.
GBGBGBGBscam property, pictures on booking.com not actually at 20 cairo street. no info from place after many emails and calls. Neither rooms where the one advertised one had someone living in it, one had no power, we just walked in as it was not secure. Had to book into a hotel costing 180 quid. Still waiting for my money back for this.
Its a con. As above. 20 cairo street has 2 bedsits neither which are the one advertised.
