Television was too high up couldn't watch without neck ache mirror in bedroom too high up I'm only 5'3 so obviously couldn't look in it

The flat is very well located in Warrington downtown. It is comfortable. It has all the bathroom and kitchen necessities. Even an air fryer.

The manager took too long to answer messages, up to three days. We requested the free parking space on the second day of arrival. The manager told us the name of the parking space but no parking space is labeled around the flat. No indications were given to locate the parking and the exact address was provided after we left (turns out is the parking space of the bar in the next building). The procedure to take the free parking was never explained. We assume that you have to input your credit information first, then you get a notice that the info will be shared, and then you hope that you will not be charged. We didn't risk it, we were unable to use the free parking. We requested more information about the parking several times with no avail. The flat has a moderate bug infestation in the bathroom that shocked my wife. Easy fix though. Also, the wifi is very week on the rooms. You have to lay on the bed close to the door to get wifi signal and our mobiles are not old. The flat has good potential to give a pleasant experience. Just needs a bit more attention. Give clear indications about parking, carry out an extermination, add a wifi booster. Easy fixes.

It was very dirty. Toilet was disgusting. Floors and coffee table lots of grime. Drawers broke in one of the bedrooms. Fridge was dirty as were cupboards. Unsafe stairs leading to flat no hand rails.

Was big inside just what we like and was not to far from town
