The Pines Men-Only Stay

Beautiful location. Very private and clean. I loved the setting and the atmosphere. I cant wait to go back and spend more time.

The property was amazing and well kept. It was perfect for a quick trip to The Pines. The owner was very accommodating and attentive ensuring the stay was perfect.

The property exceeded my expectations which are generally quite high. It was so serene and peaceful. The room was well appointed and I treasured having a private outdoor space. Everything for the beach was provided. The pool was the perfect temperature. Michael is an amazing host - kind, thoughtful and intelligent. I hope to go back for a long weekend this fall. Hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed in FIP.

This is a wonderful place. The nicely decorated rooms, the pool which is warmed 24/7, the kindness and welcoming attitude of the host, the proximity to the ocean….all of those things make it a great choice.

We had a wonderful stay. Michael, our host, was very welcoming and accommodating. The room and the entire property were spotless and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the warm, pristine pool. We would love to return!

I had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful - nicely designed modern style, great poolside and good location. The highlight is the host Michael who is just the nicest and most interesting guy. I felt like we were friends before I even arrived. Highly recommend this place.

Absolute gem in the Pines 🌊🔥 From the moment we arrived, this property delivered the kind of stay you hope for on Fire Island and rarely get all at once. The home is gorgeous—immaculately kept, stylish without trying too hard—and the heated pool became our daily ritual. Beds? Massive, cloud-level comfortable. We slept like babies after sunset boardwalk strolls. There’s also a proper gym on site, so we could offset all the “vacation decisions” we made at dinner. 😅 What really sets this place apart is the host. Warm, proactive, genuinely thoughtful—the kind of hospitality that feels effortless because it’s real. He even made me an iced coffee (I’m usually not a fan) that was so good I asked for the recipe. Communication was smooth end-to-end and check-in/check-out were a breeze. If you’re debating where to stay in the Pines, this is your sign. Beautiful property, heated pool, huge comfy beds, gym for the motivated—and a host who turns a great trip into an unforgettable one. We’ll be back. 🇿🇦❤️
