UGO BASSI LUX apartment

Excellent communivation with Alessandro, the owner of this apartment.

The apartment is at a short distance from the old city center. The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped. The apartment has a washing machine and a small but functional kitchen.

The air conditioning was unable to cool the place sufficiently. The lowest we got the room temperature to was 27 degrees Celsius, even though we kept the windows and shutters closed during the day (the temperature outside was in the high thirties). The bed (most important piece of furniture in any room / apartment) was not comfortable, and actually a fold-out wall bed/couch, without a headboard (with a big gap to the wall). Very thin pillows. There were no dishwasher tabs for the dishwasher.

Centrally located modern apartment. Well equipped, nice building, felt secure. AC adequate, could’ve been a bit more powerful especially in 35 degrees heat! Bed comfortable, more pillows would’ve been nice, lovely bathroom. Large tv, access to Netflix and Apple TV. Excellent communication with host, appreciated the early check-in.

Central location, comfortable clean apartment. Good value for money. What really stood out was the exceptional level of communication and help Alessandro provided. Constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, resolving any issues immediately and being super helpful throughout our stay. Grazie Alessandro!

Centrally located, superb finishing, very quiet. Compact but complete with lots of storage, a big terrace, a dishwasher and a washer dryer. Lots of facilities in the area. The owner gave us invaluable tips to make our stay even better.

The location to all the tourist sites and all within walking distance of the apartment.

Location and a great host who explained everything in the apartment. It had everything and was so comfortable, we had the best nights sleep! Super comfortable bed and air-conditioning.

Small but well designed. Very clean, seemed new. We appreciated the extras stocked in the refrigerator for our arrival-Prosecco, Coke, juice, bottled water.

Very clean and super well equipped. Several amenities as surprise gift are super appreciated (especially the water bottles in the fridge ready on arrival !). Lots of organizing space. Location is as good as it gets. A few steps away from great markets, stores, sight seeing. Great boulangerie with delicious biscuits at the corner of the block. Great success back home with coworkers. Host was very responsive for questions, helpful and instructions clear. Instruction in appartment are very clear too. A big thanks to him ! Normally I don’t book apartments too often but this experience changed my mind to do it more often ! :)

Everything was perfect. Maybe an other pillow in bed would be super comfy to watch TV at night ? :)
