We met Alessandro for the checkin, it was smooth. The rest of the apartment is nice, it's close to the city center but the neighborhood is not that noisy. There is a terrace when we open the window in front of the bed, but we didn't have time to enjoy the terrace.

However we didn't like the pillow of the flat, since it's a bit flat, we didn't sleep well.

The location was amazing, very close to the main piazzas and churches. Alessandro, the host, was super attentive and went above and beyond to answer questions. It was very easy to contact him via WhatsApp and he always answered promptly. He left a bottle of water in the refrigerator and the apartment has coffee and tea available. There was loads of storage space and a wonderful terrace. The apartment was in a very secure building, and was quiet.

It would have been nice to have a map of the center of Bologna in the apartment, it was easy to get confused walking around.

Really nice location, perfectly clean, and very quiet. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here and will be back for sure. The owner is also very nice, easy self-check-in, perfect!

"Just acceptable but convenient for the centre."

No breakfast. It was more like an air bnb. Good location for the centre. Allesandro, the locum manager and a lawyer by profession, was helpful and always answered texts.

The room was a bit tired. Furnishings not much more than OK. Bed was a sofa bed and slightly uncomfortable. The kitchen equipment was not great. Not great value for money.

location was perfect and easy access.

unfortunately, there was nothing luxury about the apartment, only location, ridiculous ironing table, outside terrace dirty as I was never cleaned. washing machine was a nightmare to use. (I must say the host was perfect gentleman and very accommodating.)

Location - very good; about 20 mins walk from train station, about 10 to historical center. Good restaurants nearby, lots of bus service. Host was very nice and helpful! Also gave great recommendations of places to go and restaurants.
