Location near Bridgend

We booked 2 rooms but when we arrived we were told there was only one room available. We were then given access to a room which had not been made up which we cleaned and made up ourselves.

Staff friendly

Immaculate room, bed was huge and comfortable. Room not too hot or cold. Good facilities in room, mini fridge, microwave, kettle and tea and coffee provided. Large shower cubicle with plenty of hot water. Location was great, close enough to city for me but gorgeous rural surroundings. Didn't have breakfast so cant comment but the dining area looked cosy and well kept.

Nothing major but had been unable to speak to hosts prior to arrival to arrange an early check-in. Emailed twice, left a voicemail but no response. Phone number on app is not in service. Also requested room with a bath but allocated a shower, again no deal breaker, overall experience very positive.

Perfect location for the wedding we were attending. Nice room. Enjoyed a quick go on the zip line swing.
