The location

Uncleanliness, sick down the outside of the toilet, hairs in the bath and sink, glasses, cups and cutlery visibly dirty. The kitchen counter was dirty. The rug and carpets not been hovered.

Good location, short walk into town. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment. Clear instruction from Christine on check in process, useful information about parking in the multi storey!

We enjoyed everything about our stay

The apartment was pristine. Lovely coffee machine. Massive televison. I loved the personal touch of all the different bath goodies even skincare for men. Also the food cupboard was stocked with oil, vinegar etc. We met Christine as we were leaving awesome personality, communication was very good throughout our stay. Thank you

The bed

Location, nice to have some space, washing machine a plus, clear instructions on how to get to the apartment.

Not a lot of hot water, bed very low.

It is a small, but well appointed apartment. We were in town to see the Royal Armories Museum, so it was an absolutely fantastic location for us. A minute or two walk and we were there. The kitchen had a coffee press (first one I had available to me on our trip) and enough pots/pans/etc. to make or meals there. There was also a little Tesco (grocery store) just around the edge of the building. There are restaurants quite close and a large shopping center about 10 minutes walk. There is also a canal nearby with a bridge that made for a nice walk also. The bathroom was good sized and had everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer). The kitchen also had milk and eggs in the fridge, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer provided. Our hostess was fantastic and allowed us to check in about an hour early, which was so wonderful after our journey.

The mattress was pretty uncomfortable. There were a few little things that I made the hostess aware of (nothing that affected our stay, ie a burnt out lightbulb), but none of them impacted the enjoyment of our stay.
